We Write To Taste Life Twice

Have you ever had the enthusiasm and hopefulness to do something you’ve always wanted to do, then all of a sudden the world rises before you can blink and you have the opportunity?

I did.. and I was over the moon about the opportunity I had been given. I have always liked writing and basically being creative in any shape or form. I remember back in primary school; I would make up these stories and then rush home to capture it all as fast as I could before sharing it with my favourite teacher the next day. Sometimes I think I was born to do art and it is engraved inside of me. Without being creative, I don’t think I would survive. It is one of the most powerful ways of expression. I think at times that without art the world would be an extremely dull and boring place.

So recently I was offered the chance to write for Taylor Magazine. I mean wow what a great opportunity, one that I thought would never come to me. I felt overwhelmed with excitement and anxiety but I knew I had to go for it. You never know what is around the corner and you have to take those risks, opportunity’s and capture those moments that come and go. I was filled with so many ideas about what to write the article about that I ended up writing about what the most valuable things in life are and how they come free to us so it is up to you to look after them for your life to be desirable. I had a great experience writing the article and it wasn’t earlier this week I found out that the article was published which was the best news ever! Go have a read here and let me know what you thought of it.
